Herbal Body Therapy
Unblock deep seated toxins with our new purifying and exfoliating
herbal clay mask body therapy. This treatment starts with an ancient
healing ayurvedic massage with warm herbalized oils. Following this
soothing massage is the application of a specialized herbal clay
that is kneaded into your body to increase circulation, relief muscle
aches and tension headaches. A hot bath or steam follows the treatment
to keep you in bliss for days to come. Regular use can increase

Glowing Goddess Scrub (Udvartana)
Massage designed to eliminate toxins accumulated over the years

Mind Over Matter - Indian Head Massage (Shiroabyanga)
Traditional Indian head massage removing both emotional and physical energy
blockages, while activating hair and hair roots. The increase in circulation
and lymph flow helps treat headaches or migraines as well as balances
the rest of the body.

Pools of Youth (Bastis)
Oil baths for different organs such as the eyes, heart and back. These
therapies involve making a "doughnut dam" made of flour. Warm oil is then
poured onto the dough, which is placed in the areas most needed by the
individual. While the oil is left onto the affected organ, gentle massage
and marma points are used to relax into a tranquil state.

Passage to Clarity (Nasya)
Nasal therapy to remove impurities and allergic sensitivities to environmental

Introductory Ayurvedic Facial
If you are new to Ayurvedic facials, this is highly recommended for your
first visit with us. Specially formulated by leading pharmacy and physicians
from India. It consists of a very thorough cleansing under steam, a deeply
relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage with medicated light oils, and
a masque of herbal powders mixed with milk, honey and aloe to smooth and
purify. You will have an ayurvedic skin analysis and take home care will
be recommended to assist in correcting imbalances of the skin depending
on your constitution. This facial is all about assessing current facial
imbalances while receiving an amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating skin

Detox Facial
This detox facial treatment consists of a very thorough and relaxing cleansing
under steam and then after prepping the skin a mild glycolic or lactic
acid will be applied to lightly resurface skin cells and start the regeneration
of healthy facial tissues. Glycolic deeply penetrates pores to break up
congestion and deep seeded impurities, best for skin that has a tendency
to break out from time to time. Lactic is known for its milky like smoothing
effect on normal to dry skin conditions. These resurfacing treatments

How to book
Please call to book an appointment. Credit card details are required
to hold a reservation and we kindly ask you to give 24-hour notice
to change or cancel your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee applies
to any cancellation less than 24 hours or for not showing up for
your appointment.
How to enjoy SafronyaTM
Retreat
For your own comfort, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your
appointment to have enough time to relax and prepare for your treatment.
After your check-in, you will be invited to relax in our lounge
where complimentary Ayurvedic refreshments and beverages will be
provided.
Robes, towels, slippers and personal care products are provided
for your comfort. Showering is recommended before any body treatment.
Cellular phones are discouraged at the retreat.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. Guests
under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Pregnant
women and guests with special health concerns or needs must inform
our staff before treatments.
