About the Instructor
Pratichi Mathur
Pratichi Mathur, born to
a lineage of sages of India is known for her unique way
of expressing Ayurveda in conjunction with Advaita Vedanta
and Yoga. She uses Ayurveda's consciousness transforming
potential for spiritual growth, mental wellbeing and profound
healing at the level of the body. Pratichi's teachings revolve
around the theme of Self and reclaiming health by reclaiming
connection with our inner Self.
President, Ganesha Institute for Ayurveda and Vedic studies;
Founder, Vedika Global, a not for profit organization dedicated
to achieving excellence in Ayurveda; Served as Director
on Board of California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine;
