| DESCRIPTION:
Come listen to two teachers from the timeless Ayurveda
tradition expound on the use and tradition of Ayurveda herbs.
Special Guest Speaker to Vedika Gurukula Dr. Sarita Shreshtha
will be ritually welcomed to the Gurukula family through
tilak ceremony and by the collective chants of Gurukula
students welcoming the teacher. She will enlighten the audience
by expounding upon the multifaceted usage of popular Ayurvedic
herbs and how simple herbs consumed in daily use can impact
our health and well being, so profoundly and permanently.
Gurukula teacher Pratichi Mathur will follow up by expounding
upon the divinity inherent in the herbs. We will be celebrating
the amazing herb tradition of Ayurveda with interconnected
excerpts from the Atharva Veda(magical herbs), Upanishads
and chants from the Ayurveda scriptures.
*You will walk away with the enchanted forest of Ayurveda
herbs in your heart...and knowledge of their use, clearly
embedded in your mind.
